Breathe, sweat and smile with Yoga Instructor, Kelly Compton. Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner, or someone just looking to try a new form of exercise, all levels are welcome. Improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Wear loose or stretch clothing. Bring your own mat. New mats are available for purchase through the instructor, limited number available. Bring a yoga block and strap (optional).
Donation based class. Donations are typically between $7-12 per class and to be paid at the time of class.
